The March 5th party, eh? Unbelievable

Mari and her friend talks as everyone gleefully prepares to leave.

The partying concluded with us shouting Obama! Obama! Obama! We shouted many times, to drive home the message. And, yes we cheered even with the news that U.S. President hopeful Obama did not win Texas, Ohio and Rhode Island. With Hope requires great patience and diligent work.

Maeno San stylishly shows off his Obama apparel. A headband, t-shirt, and robe-styled jacket (I think pronounced Ha-pi). Obama gear rocks! Oh, it's so not over wait until you see the back of the robe.

Maeno San turned around and gave us more Obama flavor. Still modeling the Japanese Ha-pi (it resembles a robe.) Isn't it cool? I know you wish you had one, well at least I do. The idea was created by Tamagawa San of Hagaji Temple.

Wednesday, March 5, 2008- These are additional photos of the March 5, celebration. It was some party...music, performances, food, and people from all around the world. Kenya, Australia, France, and the U.S. to name a few places.
